The Solution
I built an AI-powered visualisation tool to digitally repaint homes in the quoting stage. Instead of sending a standard price sheet, each quote included a before-and-after mockup of the customer’s actual house.
This simple shift turned the conversation from “That’s expensive” to “Wow, I can see it already, when can you start?”

The Results

  • 8 new jobs closed in just 2 weeks (with zero extra ad spend).

  • 85% conversion rate on quotes that included AI visuals.

MetroMap "Like A Pro" Campaign

The Challenge
MetroMap needed to stand out in a highly competitive aerial imagery market dominated by Nearmap. The challenge was to build national awareness and show the brand’s accuracy, reliability, and professionalism in a way that connected with everyday audiences. They wanted more than technical messaging and they needed a campaign that made people feel the value of choosing MetroMap.

The Solution
We partnered with Them Agency to deliver a bold, above-the-line campaign during one of Australia’s biggest sporting events , the Australian Open.

  • We created the character “Dennis,” a so-called tennis pro who may not ace his serves, but with MetroMap’s precision, he could ace his work.

  • The humorous creative positioned MetroMap as the tool for professionals who want to work ‘like a pro.’

  • The campaign ran nationally across TV, social, and digital channels, with content timed to capture attention while Australians had sport on the brain.


The Results

  • 3X increase in trial account sign-ups during and after the campaign which was the primary measure of success.

  • Noticeable lift in overall brand awareness and market presence, with MetroMap cutting through industry noise for the first time at scale.

I worked directly with the owner to define the “why” behind the brand, what success looked like, who the brand would serve, and the feeling it needed to create.

  • We brainstormed and tested names until “Mugshot” emerged. A bold, memorable name with attitude.

  • I designed the logo, visual identity, and full brand guidelines to give the business a professional, consistent presence.

  • The positioning was clear: coffee with attitude, exactly what you need to get moving in the morning.

  • Mugshot launched as a stand-out brand in the mobile coffee space.
